The VP of Sales and Admissions wanted to boost the morale of the Sales Team (AKA: Talent Directors) and highlight how essential they are to the success of the company and its young clientele. I decided to research successful actors with household names who started their careers in childhood and the people who gave them support early on. I then made the argument that the Sales/Admissions team functions as that same support system, identifying them as the “Unsung Heroes of Hollywood.”
